A Note from Jacob Schneid
An engaged workforce means increased performance, profitability, and retention.
A workforce who are actively promoting the success of their organization.
We all want an engaged workforce.
But if employees are not engaged, what can we do to engage them?
I found someone who knows the answer to that question. He has written extensively about the practical results he achieved changing ordinary, dull, unimaginative employees into dynamic, innovative, engaged workforces, and making that change permanent.
This summer I travelled to the UK and spent an intensive week with this man at Cranfield University.
I became so excited by what I heard that I would like to allow more people in North America to experience, first hand, the stories of practical implementation that he shared with me.
The stories are contained in the book he wrote called Breaking the Mould.
The person who wrote that book is Peter A Hunter.
“Breaking the Mould” is the name of the methodology Peter developed to achieve Sustainable Performance Improvement by creating the conditions that allow employees to engage.
The “Breaking the Mould” methodology has achieved amazing improvements in performance, sometimes measured in hundreds of percent, in very short periods of time.
This is your invitation to attend a free one-hour webinar in which Peter will share with us some of the stories and techniques he used to produce such astonishing results.
Whether you are working within an organization and want to increase performance through engagement or are a consultant who wants to offer this new methodology to your clients, this webinar will introduce you to the process and the philosophy.
Attendees will have the opportunity to question Peter directly.
I look forward to introducing Peter and his work to you at one of the webinars.
Best Regards
Jacob Schneid
